Educating your teen on the magic of meditation
Our mission is to educate 13 – 17yrs olds on the magic and benefits of meditation
These series of 4 sessions will include:
- Discussion on the science of meditation
- How meditation / breathing helps with:
> Exams
> Homework
> Friends
> Bullies
> And more…
- The benefits of meditation
- Different cultures and meditation practices
- Different kinds of meditation
- Fun facts about meditation
- How to use meditation and breathing
- Parents are welcome to observe
5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Eastern time on four Wednesdays (Mar. 6, 13, 20 and 27)
Sainoor has been such a positive influence on my 13-year-old daughter. I think it is so important to teach our pre-teens/teens the importance of maintaining healthy mental well-being.
